CEO & Founder
Andy Torres is the Founder and CEO of Cloud9 Technology Consulting, a boutique advisory firm built on a simple principle: technology should serve the business, not the other way around.
With over 25 years of experience, she has seen organizations oversold and underserved by solutions that fail to align with their true needs. She founded Cloud9 to change that, serving as a fierce client advocate and trusted advisor who ensures every technology decision drives real business value.
A digital transformation fanatic and customer experience champion, Andy helps organizations cut through complexity, optimize spend, and modernize their technology with confidence. Her approach is strategic, hands-on, and relentlessly focused on outcomes.
At her core, she is an advocate, challenging the status quo and empowering her clients to make smarter, more confident decisions in an ever-evolving technology landscape. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, tennis, and spending time with family.

Jennifer Granum,
CFO
Jennifer graduated with a bachelor of science in business finance from Brigham Young University in 1996. She began her career as an asset manager with various property management and construction companies from 1996-2009. Jennifer became the owner and CEO of Paradise Living Cleaners, where she successfully led the company to continued growth. Since 2021, she has taken the role of CFO at Cloud9, overseeing the company’s financial strategy and operations. In her personal life, Jennifer is passionate about traveling, playing tennis and pickleball, and has a deep love for all things Disney.

Romeo Lorico,
Senior Technology Director
Romeo Lorico grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he gained a strong appreciation for diversity, innovation, and community values that continue to guide him today. He served 22 years in the United States Air Force, developing the discipline and leadership that shaped his professional approach.
After his military career, Romeo spent 29 years in the telecommunications industry with companies such as MCI WorldCom, AT&T, WilTel/Level 3, and Comcast Business. He became a respected technology sales leader known for delivering customer‑focused solutions.
Rooted in faith and family, Romeo has been happily married for 42 years and enjoys traveling and trailering across the country. His journey reflects service, integrity, and a passion for helping others achieve meaningful results through technology.

Head of Business Development
Crystal is a seasoned Global Solutions Consultant with over 30 years of experience. Her leadership in business development has propelled teams to align strategically with organizations on regional, national, and global levels—successfully bridging content and access.
She understands how professionally designed network solutions drive strategic business impact, boost efficiency, and solidify corporate operations across divisions. With strong business acumen, Crystal delivers consultative, valued support that fosters growth, creativity, and high achievement.

A Northern California native, Crystal enjoys traveling, reading, and writing children’s books in her spare time.

Crew Granum, Technology Advisor
Crew Granum is a motivated and ambitious member of the Cloud9 team, joining as a Technology Advisor focused on solving business challenges for customers. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Finance at Utah Valley University, where he is building a strong foundation in analytical thinking, strategy, and problem-solving. At Cloud9, Crew takes a collaborative, data-driven approach, working closely with clients to understand their needs and support informed technology decisions.
Outside of work, Crew enjoys weightlifting, pickleball, and spending time with friends and family. These interests reflect his commitment to discipline, teamwork, and maintaining balance both personally and professionally.
